Sirach 23:10

Just as a household slave who is constantly examined won’t be lacking bruises, so also the person who always swears and speaks the Lord’s name will never be cleansed from sin.
And let not the naming of God be usual in thy mouth, and meddle not with the names of saints, for thou shalt not escape free from them.
A slave who is constantly beaten will never be free of bruises; someone who is always taking an oath by the Holy Name will never be free of sin.
Just as a servant constantly under scrutiny will not be without bruises, So one who swears continually by the Holy Name will never remain free from sin.
For just as a servant who is constantly observed is never without bruises, so also the person who swears continuously by the Name will never be cleansed from sin.
for as a servant who is constantly under scrutiny will not lack bruises, so also the person who always swears and utters the Name will never be cleansed from sin.
for as a servant who is constantly under scrutiny will not lack bruises, so also the person who always swears and utters the Name will never be cleansed from sin.
for as a servant who is constantly under scrutiny will not lack bruises, so also the person who always swears and utters the Name will never be cleansed from sin.
for as a slave who is constantly under scrutiny will not lack bruises, so also the person who always swears and utters the Name will never be cleansed from sin.
for as a servant who is continually examined under torture will not lack bruises, so also the man who always swears and utters the Name will not be cleansed from sin.
for as a servant who is continually examined under torture will not lack bruises, so also the man who always swears and utters the Name will not be cleansed from sin.
Forsooth the naming of God be not customable in thy mouth, and be thou not meddled to, (or mixed with), the names of saints; for thou shalt not be guiltless of them. [The naming forsooth of God be not continual in thy mouth, and to the names of saints be thou not mingled (or mixed with); for thou shalt not be harmless of them.]
